It was 5:30am, and Emma’s alarm sounded, waking both herself and Regina up. Regina stretched weakly, opening her eyes slowly only to be blinded by the early morning light falling round her. She felt awfully weak, hot and exhausted, even though she’d just slept for a good nine hours.
